The TREC Bazaar or Craft Army Artisan Market occurs once a month at Kuala Lumpur’s premier urban lifestyle and entertainment area and operates from 7.00 pm till about 1.00 am at Rhapsody Square.

TREC, which stands for Taste, Relish, Experience and Celebrate, combines all these elements into one lifestyle and entertainment zone. And with that, the management has introduced the TREC Bazaar Kuala Lumpur.

Due to the fast-moving nightlife scent in Kuala Lumpur, TREC has grown to be a household name for locals and the tourist visiting Malaysia.

This event also goes by another name called TREC Craft Army Artisan Market, but in general, locals call this the TREC Bazaar as it is easier to remember.

The bazaar at TREC KL is usually provided for free, but vendors need to provide information on what they want to sell before being invited.

Interested vendors need to place a deposit with the management team, which will be refunded after the bazaar, and usually is done via bank transfer.

TREC is built over a 7-acre landmass and offers 5 unique concept zones. The bazaar is found at the Electric Boulevard zone, where bistros, bars, restaurants and clubs are located at.

What can you find at TREC Bazaar?

As the bazaar and market at TREC happen only once a month, you will find very different vendors genre. They continuously introduce new vendors every month.

Items like women’s accessories and jewellery is one of the most common items sold here. Ladies fashion is also popular, with vendors selling clothe and bags.

You will also see random vendors selling handmade soap, essential oils, small home decoration items, dream catchers, smartphone cases and accessories.

When is the bazaar at TREC KL?

Usually, the TREC Craft Army Artisan Market is held on the last weekend of the month on Saturday. However, it is best to contact the organizer on the actual dates.

In between, there may be other ad hoc bazaars that can happen; therefore, you are in luck if you see any other bazaar, market or event happening around here.
