- Then take your regular shower first, but don’t dry up yet

- After that, rinse yourself with the shower, and you are done
If you have a bathtub, fill the bathtub with warm or hot water and put the herbs inside. After infusing the tub water, soak yourself inside for no more than 30 minutes. Rinse yourself after that.
